Raymur Flinn stepped into her position as the new Executive Director of the Ed Foundation in July 2024. Flinn comes to the Ed Foundation with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising and advocacy for public schools and the students they serve. Her experiences include both professional and volunteer leadership roles within the Redondo Beach Unified School District, including serving as PTA Council President and as Executive Director of the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation. Since 2019, she has served as an elected member of the District’s Board of Trustees.
